Zig Wash seeks a motivated and organized Female Call Center Executive for our Greater Noida office. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with Thursdays off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding dry-cleaning inquiries.
- Assign tasks to runners and coordinate pickups/deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and the plant team.
- Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Minimum one year of call center or customer service experience; experience in dry cleaning preferred.
