Job Description
ASV Consulting Services is seeking an onsite Voice Specialist at Iffco Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. Immediate joiners with 1–5 years of international calling experience and fluent English are required. This night-shift role supports U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Salary: ₹25,00–₹40,00/month (up to ₹4.5 LPA)
- Selection: two interview rounds
- Responsibilities: handle inquiries, resolve complaints, escalate when necessary, and collaborate with internal teams
