Airtek Compressors seeks a Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating workflows, achieving production targets, monitoring team performance, maintaining documentation, and enforcing quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in production
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills
- Own a two-wheeler and mobile phone; ideally located in or near Coimbatore
- Strong communication and team-management abilities
Position: Full-time, permanent, in-person; day shift preferred. Compensation: ₹19,00–₹20,00/month.
