Job Description

We seek a professional Customer Care Executive/Tele-Caller to engage prospective parents, present school programs and facilities, nurture leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions. Responsibilities include outbound and inbound calls, explaining curriculum, fees, transport and admission procedures, scheduling campus visits and counseling, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with Admissions, Marketing and Branch Heads, resolving queries, and achieving monthly and quarterly conversion targets. Candidates should have 1–3 years’ experience (education sector preferred), excellent English, Hindi and Telugu communication skills, strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities, CRM familiarity, and a target-oriented, disciplined approach. This is a full-time, office-based, 6-month contractual position with weekend availability during peak season. Compensation: ₹18,00–₹25,00/month. Training provided.
