Job Description
Indian Edu Hub is seeking a motivated Bulk Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring of part-time staff. Responsibilities include screening company-provided candidates, making 80–100 outgoing calls daily, scheduling interviews, completing onboarding documentation and training, and reporting progress to managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organization, resilience, and multitasking ability
- Prior experience in bulk recruitment, telecalling, or inside sales and knowledge of the education sector are advantages
Salary: ₹20,00–₹25,00/month. Work location: in person, Kalamassery, Kochi; relocation/commute preferred.
