Job Description
Crafé seeks a professional and motivated Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The Restaurant Captain will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold exceptional service standards, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor service staff, assign duties, and maintain team performance.
- Manage guest relations, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality, coordinate with kitchen and management, and enforce standards.
Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management; 0–3 years of relevant experience.
