Job Description
HRQuadrant seeks a Branch Relationship Executive / Unit Manager for the agency channel in Kerala. This full-time, permanent position requires candidates under 30 with a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of field or BFSI sales experience; all previous experience letters must be presented upon joining. The role requires 100% travel and on-site work.
- Responsibilities: lead and manage teams; recruit and train agents; drive target-oriented life insurance sales; maintain client relationships; prepare reports; and conduct workshops.
- Compensation: ₹25,00–₹33,00/month plus mobile reimbursement, health and life insurance, paid sick leave/time off, and Provident Fund.
- Requirements: willingness to travel and strong communication skills.
