Job Description
Company: Career Comfort
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata — on-site with complimentary cab drop service.
Shift: Night shift aligned with U.S. time zones; fixed weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
Role: Provide professional, personalized support for inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers. This is a non-sales role focused on service excellence.
- Requirements: Strong English communication skills, minimum 12th pass, comfortable with night shifts. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Compensation: ₹15,00–₹19,00 per month, plus travel allowance, attendance bonus, and additional benefits.
