Job Description
IRISH EXPERT LLP is hiring a full-time Call Center Executive in Thrissur to handle inbound and outbound calls, enter new customer records, provide email and chat support, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with delivery and internal teams. The role involves identifying customer/student/parent needs, resolving complaints, documenting interactions in line with SOPs, meeting individual and team targets, attending trainings, and fostering lasting customer relationships.
- Requirements: degree in any field, excellent communication, professional demeanor, and computer proficiency; female candidates preferred.
- Experience: 1 year in sales preferred. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month. On-site position; reliable commute or relocation to Thrissur required.
