Job Description
Qualitest is seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead automation initiatives for healthcare clients in India. The ideal candidate will design scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and data layers, drive tool adoption (TOSCA, Selenium), and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Requirements: 10+ years experience, hands-on Java/Python scripting, strong DevOps expertise, and proven team leadership.
- Responsibilities: create reusable accelerators, define coverage and ROI metrics, mentor engineers, and collaborate with QA, development, and stakeholders.
- Domain knowledge: healthcare compliance and regulatory standards; excellent communication skills.
