Job Description
ASV Consulting Services seeks a full-time, on-site International Customer Service Specialist at Iffco Chowk, Sector 18, Gurugram. Immediate joiners preferred; recruitment includes two interview rounds.
- Experience: 1–5 years in international voice roles (Healthcare, Telecom, Debt/Mortgage, or Insurance).
- Skills: fluent English, international calling, strong verbal and written communication.
- Responsibilities: handle global customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; resolve issues; escalate when necessary; maintain high customer satisfaction in a multicultural setting.
- Shift: night shift (on-site).
- Compensation: up to 4.5 LPA (approx. ₹20,00–₹38,00/month).
- Benefits: night meals, round-trip cab within Gurgaon, group medical insurance.
