Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Resort Caretaker to oversee daily operations of a 10-room serviced villa in Munnar. The role includes supervising front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance to ensure smooth check-ins, high guest satisfaction, and strict safety and hygiene compliance. Key duties involve conducting property inspections, coordinating timely repairs, handling guest feedback, and resolving issues with a personal, professional approach.
- Requirements: Minimum 3 years in a similar role; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Boutique hill-station resort experience in Kerala preferred.
