HRQuadrant seeks a dedicated Banking Officer to partner with banks to source and engage customers, generate leads and referrals, and deliver tailored financial planning. The role requires building trust through proactive communication, conducting regular follow-ups and reviews, presenting life insurance products, and cross-selling to optimize revenue and client value. The officer will also educate clients on insurance and financial planning while monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (on-site)
• Compensation: ₹20,00–₹50,00/month

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year sales experience; applicants must be under 36
