Job Description
We are seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager to lead and optimize our final-leg delivery network. You will oversee fleet and courier teams, design efficient routes, enforce safety and service standards, monitor key KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per delivery), and coordinate with warehouses and partners to resolve exceptions.
- Requirements: 3+ years in logistics or last-mile operations, strong leadership and analytical abilities, proficiency with route-planning tools and MS Excel, and a results-oriented mindset.
