Goldcrest School seeks an accomplished Principal to provide strategic academic and administrative leadership. The role requires oversight of CBSE compliance, curriculum and assessment development, staff mentoring, and daily school operations to ensure high educational standards.
- Qualifications: Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or M.Ed.
- Experience: 8–10 years teaching, including 3–5 years in leadership roles; strong CBSE knowledge.
- Skills: Proven leadership, effective communication, decisive judgment, staff and budget management, and ERP/digital proficiency.
Full-time, on-site position. Salary: ₹35,00–₹40,00 per month.
