Muthoot Mercantile is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan branch in Moolamattom. The role involves overseeing front-desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, managing documentation and loan processing, and ensuring compliance with NBFC policies and procedures.
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: 0–1 year in NBFC; gold loan experience preferred
- Attributes: strong attention to detail, accuracy, customer focus, and ability to manage daily branch activities
