Job Description
We are seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries, process orders, coordinate with logistics and account managers, maintain the CRM, and perform timely follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and problem-solving ability
