Job Description
Skillathon seeks a Housekeeping Assistant to uphold cleanliness and high standards across our facility. The role includes supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff, assigning daily duties, monitoring performance, managing cleaning supply inventory, responding to guest requests, inspecting rooms and common areas, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required
- Skills: Strong leadership, organization, team-management, communication, and customer-service abilities
- Availability: Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Terms: Full-time, permanent or 12-month contract; in-person; salary ₹8,086.00–₹26,232.83 per month
