Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to drive outbound sales and foster strong phone-based customer relationships. In this role you will present product benefits, qualify prospects, close sales, and consistently meet monthly targets while maintaining accurate call documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrate products, address objections, and secure agreements.
- Record interactions in the CRM and report on results.
Qualifications: excellent communication and persuasion skills, basic CRM proficiency, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred. We offer competitive commission, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment.
