Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Staff member responsible for route-based loading and tallying, accurate delivery to the correct recipients, and proper handling of POD/FOD/DOD/COD and delivery run sheets. The role requires applying correct status codes for undelivered items, meeting Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) and service quality (SQ) targets, ensuring same-day handover of COD/DOD/FOD, returning undelivered items to the supervisor, and managing appointment deliveries while maintaining a professional, customer-focused appearance.
- Follow pickup SOPs; complete airwaybills and pickup sheets.
- Perform timely customer pickups by cut-off, tally shipments against invoices, collect required regulatory paperwork, inspect package condition at pickup, and ensure timely location connectivity.
