Job Description
We are seeking a professional Food and Beverage Service Associate to deliver courteous, consistent service in accordance with ibis standards. The role requires rotation across F&B outlets, familiarity with hotel services and menus, and efficient execution of opening and closing procedures.
- Provide attentive service, recommend and upsell menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Monitor inventory and supplies; address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating to supervisors when needed.
- Hospitality experience and operational knowledge preferred. Must be energetic, service‑oriented, flexible, and able to multitask effectively as part of a team.
