Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Workshop Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations for our design house. The role includes:
- Overseeing attendance and punctuality
- Monitoring productivity and task allocation
- Maintaining accurate attendance and payment records
- Calculating and distributing labor payments
- Reporting issues to management and assisting with basic stock checks
- Ensuring cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow
Requirements: strong organizational skills, basic payroll knowledge or willingness to learn, clear communication, and prior workshop experience preferred. Proficiency with Excel or attendance software is a plus. Full-time on-site. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month.
