Job Description
Bharti Consultants seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Anand, Mumbai office, overseeing a team focused on new-to-bank (NTB) acquisition and managing wealth portfolios for AU Small Finance Bank clients in South Mumbai.
- Drive business development and achieve branch sales targets, including MDRT and contest objectives.
- Provide expert portfolio management services and wealth product advice.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen client relationships, and mentor sales staff to optimize performance.
- Proven track record in wealth management and demonstrated success in meeting acquisition and revenue goals required.
