Job Description
Little Big World seeks two female full-time Daycare Teachers for our Phaltan (Megasite Cummins) center. Candidates must be graduates with 1–3 years of relevant experience; teacher training, Montessori, or ECCE certification is preferred. Strong proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is required.
- Responsibilities: teach and supervise classroom activities, plan age-appropriate learning, ensure safety and hygiene, maintain quality, and engage with parents.
- Skills: patience with young children, classroom management, and basic computer/app and email literacy.
- Location: on-site in Phaltan; applicants currently in Bangalore should note the Phaltan placement.
Salary: ₹17,00–₹25,00 per month. Industry: Childcare.
