Job Description
The Export Operations Executive oversees end-to-end export activities to ensure timely, compliant delivery of goods. Responsibilities include preparing and verifying export documentation (B/L, commercial invoice, packing list), managing customs clearance, coordinating shipments, and negotiating with carriers. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to resolve issues and meet schedules.
- Solid knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations or logistics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with export/logistics software preferred.
