Cool And Seal is seeking a diligent, experienced Waterproofing Site Supervisor for a full‑time, in‑person position in Ernakulam. The supervisor will oversee daily site operations, lead and mentor crews, enforce quality control, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and maintain project schedules to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

• Requirements: proven waterproofing experience, strong leadership and problem‑solving skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
