Job Description

A private limited company is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to manage on-site activities in Chennai. The role includes general site supervision, manpower management, planning and executing tasks according to methodology, and overseeing high-end waterproofing, specialized civil, and flooring works. Basic knowledge of construction chemicals and waterproofing is preferred.

• Qualification: Diploma (DCE) or BE.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years on construction sites.
• Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site in Chennai.
• Compensation: ₹23,00–₹28,00/month. Benefits include PF, ESI, TA, DA, mobile reimbursement, annual bonus, performance increments, and health insurance.
