Job Description
Blueberry Unicorn Services seeks a full-time Sales Associate with 2–5 years’ real estate experience to handle residential and commercial inquiries in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include lead follow-up, client meetings and site visits, presenting projects, explaining pricing and payment plans, matching properties to client budgets, negotiating deals, coordinating documentation through closure, and maintaining records of leads and visits.
- Required skills: strong communication and negotiation, real estate market knowledge, problem-solving, client management, and the ability to meet targets under pressure.
- Compensation: ₹300,00–₹600,00 per year.
