Job Description

Shikshadarpana seeks a full-time Student Guidance Counselor to support prospective students and parents throughout the admissions journey. You will conduct meetings, phone calls, emails, and digital outreach; convert inquiries into enrollments; manage fee follow-ups and documentation; liaise with internal teams; resolve queries and complaints; and provide post-admission support to ensure a seamless experience.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year in admissions, counseling, sales/BD, tele-sales, or insurance sales.
• Languages: English and Hindi required.
• Compensation: Up to ₹33,00/month. Benefit: Provident Fund.
• Work location: In person.
