Job Description
We seek a dedicated Employee Vetting & Background Check Executive to perform comprehensive pre-employment screenings, identity verification, criminal and employment-history checks, and reference validation. The role includes analyzing findings, preparing clear reports, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating with external agencies to ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in background screening, HR, or investigations preferred
- Degree in HR, criminal justice, or related field advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, investigative and communication skills, and proficiency with screening tools/databases
- Professionalism, integrity, and discretion required
