Job Description
Hire4Biz seeks a full-time, in-person Retail Sales Executive to deliver professional, personalized service at our jewelry store. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a premium in-store experience.
- Responsibilities: Advise clients on diamond 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, carat), manage inventory and displays, process POS transactions, support promotions, and prepare sales reports.
- Requirements: Minimum one year of jewelry experience, solid diamond knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, strong attention to detail, integrity, and flexibility for varied hours.
- Compensation: ₹25,00–₹35,00 per month.
