Job Description
The SSN Sales Administrator will support the sales team by managing order processing, client communications, and CRM maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing quotes and invoices, tracking sales metrics, coordinating with logistics and finance, ensuring contract compliance, and producing weekly performance reports. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales administration or customer service experience, strong MS Office and CRM proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and effective English communication skills. Proactive problem-solving, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
