Job Description
Signature Work Abroad is hiring a full-time, office-based Customer Relations Executive (Hindi) for our Kottayam office. You will convert nurse leads into placed candidates by calling prospects, explaining recruitment steps, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Requirements: fluent in Hindi, strong communication and persuasion skills, basic computer/CRM proficiency
- Preferred: telecalling or recruitment experience; Higher Secondary (12th) education
- Compensation: ₹13,00–15,00/month plus performance-based incentives
