Job Description
SWASTIK PAPER MACHINERY seeks a dedicated Outbound Telesales Executive for a full-time, permanent role in Sales & Business Development (enterprise & B2B sales). The successful candidate will handle daily telesales operations, convert inbound leads, align with company culture, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in industrial equipment or machine tools preferred
- Open to any graduate
- In-person position
- Compensation: ₹5,00–₹15,00/month plus attractive incentives per conversion and cell phone reimbursement
