Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead and manage all financial functions, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash management, and timely month-end closes. The role requires strong stewardship of internal controls and the ability to deliver actionable financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Lead financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Maintain robust internal controls and oversee month-end close processes.
- Provide strategic financial analysis and lead the finance team.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 5+ years in senior finance roles; CPA or ACCA preferred; proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; excellent communication and leadership skills.
