Job Description

Invicta Learning is on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to strengthen our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging programs that focus on essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of experience in soft skills training. Fluency in English is essential, as is the ability to speak confidently and facilitate training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.

This is a contractual position with a compensation of ₹300.00 – ₹350.00 per hour, requiring a commitment of one day in Kolkata, West Bengal.
