Job Description
We seek an Instructional Designer to craft engaging corporate and online learning experiences. The role involves designing curricula, developing multimedia materials, and applying adult learning principles to maximize learner outcomes.
- Analyze training needs and develop measurable learning objectives
- Create e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and integrate with LMS
