Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual & Visual Merchandiser to design compelling online product displays and virtual store layouts. Responsibilities include producing 2D and 3D visuals, managing visual assets, maintaining brand guidelines, and optimizing product presentation to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing, and e-commerce teams to plan seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to inform merchandising decisions and boost sales.
Requirements: 2+ years in retail or e-commerce merchandising; strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with 3D tools (Blender, CLO, or SketchUp); solid understanding of UX and analytics; excellent communication and remote-work capability. Creative, detail-oriented candidates preferred.
