Job Description

Royal Enfield (Roverz Motors), Alappuzha is seeking a full-time Floor Incharge for our Service Department. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience and minimum education of High School (Plus Two) or a Diploma, preferably in Automotive.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily workshop operations, managing and assigning job cards, monitoring technicians’ progress and service quality, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, communicating updates to customers, maintaining a clean and safe workshop, reporting daily status to the Service Manager, and assisting with customer complaint resolution.

Required skills: clear communication, coordination, efficient workflow management, basic two-wheeler technical knowledge (preferred), professional customer handling, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. This is an on-site position.
