Job Description
PMK SCANS AND LABS PVT LTD seeks a full-time Front Desk Receptionist in Hosur. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling and confirming diagnostic appointments, registering patients, and verifying personal and insurance information. Manage front-desk payments (cash, card, digital), maintain accurate records, and coordinate with laboratory and technical staff to ensure timely test processing. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, emailing reports, and managing office supplies. Maintain a clean reception area and ensure strict data privacy and patient confidentiality. This is an on-site role offering paid sick time and Provident Fund benefits.
