Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Voice Process Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for global clients. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information, updating CRM records, following quality and call protocols, escalating issues as needed, and meeting performance targets.
- Requirements: excellent spoken and written English, strong listening and problem-solving skills, basic computer and CRM experience, and willingness to work night or rotational shifts.
- Qualifications: Any Graduate/Diploma; 1+ year in US/UK/Australian voice processes or BPO preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent, on-site. Salary ₹20,00–₹35,00/month (depending on experience). Benefits: health insurance, paid sick leave, provident fund.
