We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Hindi-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle outbound calls, provide accurate information on products, services, and learning journeys, and maintain up-to-date customer records. The role includes timely follow-up to ensure issue resolution and course completion, meeting daily/weekly/monthly service targets, and adhering to company policies, compliance, and quality standards. This fresher-friendly position offers a monthly salary of ₹13,708.33–₹18,445.37, health insurance, and work-from-home options. Primary work location is in-person.
