Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, results-oriented Sales & Customer Service Executive to manage inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and marketplaces. The role involves sharing product photos/videos, providing pricing and fabric details, converting leads, processing orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, maintaining daily sales reports (Excel/Sheets), producing basic content or liaising with a designer, and collecting customer feedback.
- Full-time, on-site in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
- Salary: ₹12,00–₹15,00 per month.
- Qualifications: 10th/12th/any degree; freshers welcome; saree fabric training provided.
- Skills: polite communication, strong closing ability, basic WhatsApp Business and Excel knowledge.
