Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to work night shifts, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent for software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. The role manages end-to-end recruitment and maintains candidate pipelines while coordinating interviews across time zones.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: write job ads, source candidates, perform technical screenings, and manage offers.
- Coordinate interviews with remote teams and hiring managers; maintain ATS and use social sourcing tools.
- Ensure reliable night-shift availability and clear, professional communication with distributed stakeholders.
- Requirements: 2+ years IT recruiting, strong technical understanding, excellent verbal and written communication, and ATS proficiency.
