Job Description
Everest Aluminium Pvt Ltd urgently seeks a Jr. Fitter to support plant mechanical maintenance. Rotational A/B/C shifts, 8-hour shifts. Minimum 1 year experience as a fitter or mechanical helper; ITI or vocational training preferred.
- Key skills: fitting, gas cutting, welding support, use of mechanical tools, basic diagram reading, and physical fitness for plant duties.
- Responsibilities: assembly, breakdown and preventive maintenance, alignment, dismantling, supervised basic welding, and maintaining tools and SOP compliance.
- Compensation: ₹10,00–₹12,00/month (in-hand) plus PF & ESI, subsidized canteen, pick & drop, leave encashment, and annual bonus.
