Job Description
AUTO WIRES PVT LTD is seeking a full-time Wiring Harness Production Supervisor to oversee in-person production of automotive electrical components, including wiring harnesses and switches, at our Manesar, Haryana facility. The supervisor will manage raw material handling, machine setup, worker scheduling and line leadership, optimize cycle time and overall time management, establish QC standards, analyze stock shortages, prepare production reports, and implement 5S practices.
- Location: Manesar, Haryana (commute or relocate required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred
- Shift: Day shift preferred
- Compensation: ₹20,00–₹35,00 per month
