Job Description
We are seeking a Surgical Retail Executive to oversee and grow our surgical supplies retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service and full regulatory compliance.
Key duties include advising patients and healthcare professionals on surgical products, managing inventory and merchandising, coordinating orders, training retail staff, and achieving sales targets.
- Requirements: Diploma or degree in healthcare, life sciences, or business; 1–3 years’ experience in medical device or retail; strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building, basic accounting, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to liaise with clinical teams while adhering to safety standards.
