Job Description
Mallcom India is seeking a skilled Lasting Incharge to oversee daily lasting operations for closed and safety shoes at our Chandipur facility. The incumbent will be accountable for toe, side, heel, and seat lasting, inspecting uppers, toe caps, counters, and pre-lasting materials, and ensuring machines are maintained for reliable production.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and train operators and helpers in lasting techniques and safety procedures
- Identify and reduce defects (wrinkles, misalignment, poor heel seat)
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, technical standards, and workplace safety
