Job Description
AMA Laminators Pvt. Ltd. seeks a full-time Supervisor for plywood manufacturing at Inkel City, Malappuram. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in plywood production and preferably hold a Diploma, ITI, or graduate qualification; technical credentials are an advantage.
- Oversee daily production to achieve targets and maintain product quality.
- Manage operators, enforce shop‑floor discipline and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores; prepare daily production and manpower reports.
- Strong knowledge of plywood processes, machines, raw materials, reporting, communication, and leadership required.
Compensation: ₹20,00–₹22,00/month. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. On-site role.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
