Job Description
Full-time, on-site CNC Turning Operator position to produce high-quality tooling and fabricated components. The role requires reading technical drawings, setting up tooling, operating CNC turning machines, inspecting parts, and maintaining a safe, efficient shop floor.
Preferred qualifications: experience in tooling manufacturing, fabrication, and machining, with familiarity with ERP and lead-management systems.
- Key competencies: customer-service orientation, confident persuasive communication, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, time management, organization, creativity, and initiative.
